Damaged Merchandise
Should you receive a defective model, please contact our office at (03) 9650 0737 or info@hobbynuts.com.au, within 7 days for a return authorization. At that time a replacement will also be sent. You will be charged for replacement until the defective model is returned. Once the defective model is received we will issue a full refund which will be credited back to the original form of payment.
Standard Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must return it within 14 days for credit, exchange or refund. Models should be in their original packaging and condition. This does not require a return authorization, however please make sure you include paperwork in the box indicating your instructions. You must pay the shipping for your return/exchange. Once the package is returned we will issue a refund which will be credited back to the original form of payment. Refund will be for product only. Original shipping and return shipping not refundable. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your credit.
